Returns

• We are happy to take back non-personalized products within 14 days. However, the cost of the return must be borne by the customer.
  
  
• If your product has been personalized, we cannot accept returns because it was handmade just for you.

Pickup in Berlin (only for selected products)
Your order is ready for pickup within 24 hours on weekdays. You will receive a notification from us when your order is ready. You can then pick it up Monday - Friday (10 am - 3 pm) - spontaneously without prior notice. We are always there!
