The history of the Lauenstein Confiserie could not be more romantic:
In 1964, a respected Berlin confectioner falls in love with a Franconian miller's daughter and moves - for love's sake - to the Franconian Forest. Soon the former Berliner is handcrafting chocolate in the former mill and silo building of Lauenstein, enchanting those around him.
More than 50 years later, the Lauenstein Confiserie is still known for highest praline culture in best manufactory quality and we are very happy to cooperate with the family business for Easter!
